RF DPDT Switch Evaluation Board

After further investigations, it was found that the RF switch is an absorptive switch which presents a 50 Ω RF input impedance for both the ON and OFF states. It is important to note that the simulation result is correct, but the lumped RLC models are acting as reflective RF switches instead of absorptive RF switches like the Skyworks switch. Once this problem was identified, a Skyworks reflective switch was found. Again, an evaluation board needed to be designed to test the RF switches S-parameters. ADS was used to design the RF switches pin dimensions and the evaluation board. The reflective RF switch layout can be seen below:

The measured reflective RF switch has an insertion loss of -1.14 dB in the ON state and can be seen below, while the second plot shows that it has an isolation of-12.42 dB in the OFF state.
